By using the Mavify platform, you agree to these terms. Please read the following terms carefully before using the service.
Mavify enables specialists to manage their profile, services and appointment or class schedule, and enables clients to book sessions and communicate with a specialist. Sessions can take place in person or online.
By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
Mavify charges specialists a subscription fee for using the platform. The Basic or Pro plan selected during registration is available free for 30 days, without providing card details. Specialists purchase a paid subscription in the Subscription section; Mollie processes the payments, and the Mavify operator issues subscription invoices. Clients arrange payment for appointments and classes directly with the specialist. A specialist can share an existing invoice or receipt with a client in Mavify as a PDF.
The specialist sets the cancellation and rescheduling rules, which are displayed before a booking is confirmed. Please review these rules before confirming a booking. Clients discuss payment matters for appointments and classes directly with the specialist.
Mavify acts as a technical intermediary between specialists and clients. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by specialists or the consequences of following advice given by specialists.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Users can delete their accounts in settings. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of terms violation.
These terms are governed by applicable law. In case of disputes, parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before referring the matter to the competent court.
