Terms of Service for Digital Products

1. Definition of Digital Products

Digital products include e-books, guides, training materials, and other downloadable content offered on the Mavify platform by specialists.

2. Delivery of Digital Content

After successful payment processing, digital content is made available immediately for download or access in the user's account. No physical delivery is involved.

3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and applicable local laws, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as e-books and downloadable files), this right of withdrawal is waived when: • The consumer gives explicit prior consent to begin the performance before the withdrawal period expires • The consumer acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the digital content is made available By accepting these terms and proceeding with payment, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of withdrawal rights.

4. No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for digital product purchases once the content has been made available for download or access. This applies regardless of whether the content has actually been downloaded.

5. License and Usage Rights

Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or publicly display the content without explicit written permission from the content creator.

6. Access Duration

Access to digital products is granted according to the specific terms of each product (lifetime access, limited time access, etc.). Access duration is clearly displayed before purchase. We reserve the right to discontinue the platform, in which case users will be notified in advance and provided with options to download their purchased content.

7. Technical Requirements

Digital products are typically provided in common formats (PDF, EPUB, etc.). It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have compatible software to access the content. We do not provide technical support for third-party software.
